Les Dugan
Les Dugan was the first head football coach for Buffalo State College Bengals football program. He was the coach from 1981 to 1985 and compiled an overall record of 19–24–0. Dugan began the football program in 1980, but for its first season was only a club sport, so the Bengals' 3–3–0 record does not count toward NCAA win/loss records.
